General Description

The Program Manager of the Corporate Sponsorship Program is responsible for overseeing all the functions of fundraising functions of the program. The Program Manager will create effective strategies to maximize donations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify new potential corporate partners and cultivate a robust pipeline of corporate prospects and donors

  • Create and execute strategies to steward corporate clients for monetary gifts, branding and other kinds of support

  • Provide professional support to corporate representative

  • Develop and implement a detailed plan to identify and solicit corporate donor/prospect aimed to achieve the annual fundraising goals

  • Produces communications including pitches, proposals, end-of-year reports, and recognition materials for our corporate supporters. Prepares letters, invoices, acknowledgment letters/receipts and benefit fulfillment as needed

  • Provides corporate representative the timely support by playing an active role in managing day-to-day stewardship of donors including key communications, events, and individual relationships

  • Partner with the Marketing department to establish roster of material (hand-outs, presentations, brochures etc) needed to secure funding.

  • Hold Seminars and Conference Corporate Sponsorships to leverage our expertise and share our vision. A major objective is to become a speaker and/or to be able to have a physical booth during the day

 

Skills and Experience

  • Fundraising experience, working directly with corporate donors

  • Proven and highly successful track record of corporate fundraising

  • Experience writing, vetting, and proofing a wide range of reports and documents for senior management

  • Ability to identify corporate prospects and provide strategies to secure funding

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite programs, prospect research tools and fundraising databases

  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines

  • Reliable

 

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree is highly desired
