Marketing and Advertising Coordinator

General Description

The Coordinator leading the Marketing & Advertising Project works to improve the visual image and marketing assets of the National Alliance of Research Associates Programs (NARAP) to get attention of potential volunteers and donors, as well as to solicit donations. The marketing activities include creation of infographics, slogans, videos, and development of a media campaign to expose the organization to an outside stakeholder.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing visual imagery and graphics for NARAP’s national web site and social media platforms.

  • Develops infographics to illustrate and create awareness for NARAP’s clinical research studies.

  • Creatively designs and assembles the stories and components that comprise the NARAP Quarterly National Newsletter.

  • Works closely with members of the NARAP Marketing and Communications Team to collaborate on presentation design and expedite the transition to NARAP’s new corporate logo and color pallet.

  • Establishes and manages the NARAP photo library of high-resolution images.

  • Assisting Designs and implements marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Set up and manage tracking systems for online marketing activities.

 

Skills and Experience

Knowledge and hands-on experience utilizing the following software tools.

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Microsoft Word

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related

  • Experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media.

  • Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
